VPN needed for IPTV with WISP or 4G?

I know if your IP throttles you a VPN is needed then. My question is regarding privacy and not getting any attention, so my question is:

Is VPN needed for IPTV when IP is either a WISP company or your 4G hotspot from your cell phone?

How many of you use VPN for IPTV, and how many do not?

I always use a VPN for IPTV. Personal choice for personal protection.

I use Debrid for Kodi.
