OK kids, I have some issues with some type of bug on the plants, these are little (very little) of what looks like beetles,(black stuff) along with some of what looks like eggs,(white stuff)I have no idea what they are as I have never seen anything like them before, anyone have an idea??

I did a google Bug eggs on leaves and allot of stinkbug hits.The white eggs kinda look like stinkbug eggs.
I guess the enlarged photo doesn't really show how small these things are, here is the actual photo of them on a standard paper plate. And none of the bugs in that web site matched them.
