There is a plastic tube running from the fridge portion out the back and down into a tray below the fridge..
If by chance this gets plugged the fridge will not work properly.
"Remove" the tube ,clean it out and reinstall ...

Remove all food from freezer, and defrost the freezer.

Some whirlpool side by side fridges recirculate the air from freezer to fridge part....air flows from top to bottom and vise versa and side to side...if the bottom tray of freezer is jammed full it does not allow air to move side to side ...pain as it takes away a lot of room in bottom tray on freezer side...like we used to put bread down there and it constricted airflow to the fridge side and caused a similar problem....just something to look at if its a side to side...and where the vents are on the walls make sure nothing is blocking them...

My recommendation for your refrigerator is that first switch off it and clean it thoroughly. Then switch on it and keep the door closed minimum for 5 hours. This will rise the pressure of gas in the compressor and if any defrost coil was closed it will be opened with the gas pressure. As a result your refrigerator will work fine as it works before.
