1. Well Only drink water Nothing Else you may have 2 cups of white coffee every day if desired. Drink a minimum of 1/3 of your body weight in ounces of water every day. (For Example: If you way 150 pounds you need to drink 70 ounces).
2. Do not eat, anything that is white (bread, noodles, red potatoes, white rice, most cereal, flour based products and pasteurized dairy and butter). Healthy foods like (chicken, fish, cauliflower) are all exceptions to this rule.
