Swimming, help.
Well i am currently in the process, of applying for the American Army. I am okay about, most
of the fitness requirement but not the swimming. Is there any good method for increasing my
swimming power. So i want to know all your suggestions and opinions so any expert and professional
person please share here.

do laps with a kickboard... when your legs get tired ...put the board between them & swim with just your arms... I don't know how long you have but we used to do these every morning & afternoon when I was on the team.... for longevity in a trial... try sidestroke... switching from side to side when you get tired can keep you going a long time & distance... I swam a mile this way...
