Unhappy Problem with network aplication with nano premium se

    Hi Everyone

I just received a Nano Premium SE as a gift a couple of weeks ago. My friend said that it was all set up and ready to go so I lined up my dish on 119 and sure enough it worked fine. The system went down a couple of times but I reinstalled the Private data and it came up again until a couple of days ago. This time I'm not able to put in the private data! This is what I have on my 'NET APPLICATION MENU'

    TYPE: DREAM
    SERVER: NO. 1
    SOFTCAM: NEWCAM
    AU: ON

and when I push "Authorization" that's when my problems begin!
This is what I have in my 'DREAMNET AUTHORIZATION " menu

    INPUT TYPE: DOMAIN
SERVER: default -- (should read 1.nfds.ws but unable to change! ie no keyboard dialog box when I push OK on
    my remote)
PORT:default--(should read a 5 digit no and can input it with No. key pad on remote)
    ID:XXXXXXXXXXXXXX (this part is ok)
    PASSWORD:XXXXXXXXXXXXXX (this part is ok)
DES KEY:default------(UNABLE TO CHANGE!!! NO KEYBOARD DIALOG BOX when I push "OK" no remote)

So what could be my problem? Has my subscription on the private data expired? Or is there something else wrong?
How can I test my private data to see if it is still active?

hitting authorization takes you to id, password and des key
when you are in the menu where authorization is at the bottom are you highlighting domain then pushing ok?

ok let me ask you something..when you put your id and password..for example 12345678901234_ _ _ _ _ _ Did you deleted what I higlighted in red?cause if you did that might be part of your problem.dont delete them. I also noticed your domain name it should be 1.nfps.ws.not 1.nfds.ws try to do those changes see if that helps...good luck

OK I am aware of the type error 1.nfps.ws but it does not matter at this stage since I can not type that in once I get to the SERVER box in the "Dreanet Authorization" menu. Like I said before pushing OK at this stage does not yield a Keypad Dialogue Box.

No I scroll down to Authorization, push OK then put in PW 0000 which then puts me in the Dreamnet Authorization menu. This menu has:
    Input Type:
    Server:
    port:
    ID
    Password
    Des Key

When I scroll down to any of these fields and then push OK on my remote I get a Keypad Dialogue Box for "ID" and "Password" only. For the other fields: Server, Port, and Des Key , the Keypad dialogue box does not POP UP after pushing OK on my remote

OK I solved the problem! I simply switched to server 2 instead of server 1 on my NET APPLICATION menu! I guess when a server goes down everything goes to default.
