    Default K1 Heros Plus edition

    K1 Heros Plus edition
I have K1 Heros Plus edition and have V4 hub which works great on prodogy.
With K1 Heros, I put in Psplus_103_20110303, factory reset, put in all correct server info, checked
again and again. Scanned sattelite with good signals. The Khub V4 will not connect. Says "Hub not connected". Also not getting any numbers DHCP.
I tried putting 181 file, factory reset, put in 103 file but no luck. Reset modem, booted receiver, etc.
    Am I doing anything ?

You need the power adapter for the khub when you use it on a plus. The heros doesn`t supply power to the hub.

I have the same problems. Its not a power problem. Power supplied to the modem & still same. I am using the v1 Khub which comes with power supply. Its been upgraded to v4/v5. Works perfect on prodigy.

Try using the white serial cable not the black.
