friend you could get faster help if you post in english,not sure what your asking,but sounds like you have a viewsat 9000 and what you need to get it to work,first you can use the wfemu for windows program or buy a xfta-router to connect to the internet,and you also need to download the latest file for that receiver and buy a code from a private server to connect too,and watch tv....

check the private server section the cheapest is nfusion private server or iksrockets and look for a reseller to get the code faster,good luck friend....
