    Default Bypass flash card

    Some were I seen (How to) on how to bypass 1GB flash card on cw4k. Any info please pass on.

    It was her befor the purge . I got a lot of the info but I mist that one mybe someone got it and will repost it.

    OK tried to bypass compact 1GB flash card logged in OK typed (fdisk/dev/hda/user/bin/flash.part) It reply's as (fdisk/dev/hda/user/bin/flash.part not found). any Ideals why.

    Read it again fdisk /dev/hda or sda < /usr/bin/flash.part <enter>

    Well I read it again with no luck typed it exactly as you have it I tried with spaces no spaces it reply's as.(no such file)

    i made it to mount /dev/hda1 /mnt/flash / mount -t iso9660 /dev/cdrom /mnt/cd but mount fail
    space in pictures look like above

    first u put space fdisk(space) /dev/hda or sda < /usr/bin/flash.part <enter>

    mke2fs(space) /dev/hda1 or sda1 <enter>

    Got it to mount with space fdisk(space) /dev/hda or sda < /usr/bin/flash.part <enter>
    like pbmckenz said. But now I'm stuck on second mke2fs(space) /dev/hda1 or sda1 <enter>replies mke2fs: invalid blocks count-or

    work for me on 40 and 20gig hard drive
    third part works
    forth does not

    500 gig hard drive.do you thing that my be the different.

    no had 1tb sata that made 2st part step 2
    40 and 20gig ide made the same
    do not work mke2fs /dev/hda1 or sda1
    if u using sata sda2 it should said

    OK checked ever thing out it is WD1TB hard drive connected to sata port 1, but still can't get past step 2.

    have u tried 1.0.1.13 or original cw restore disk i looking for mine
