I have tried many times but i failed
After 18 years of lighting up ,I finally gave it up, had to try different things (which never worked) I decided to go cold-turkey,was hard but I feel much betterafter giving up cigarettes 12 years ago.
Yes , after 6 years of smoking,I finally decided to quit, i have tried different things but it was not effecting then i decided to contact Iquitsmokingindia they supported me in giving up the cigarettes. thanks to them.
I quit 19 years ago after smoking for 30 years. Toughest thing I ever did.
Been smoking for 35 years and after 4 heart attacks and now COPD I have set a date of Jan 1st and AM going to do it this time. It's kind of a "have to" type of thing that my doctors have been telling me for years but I'd rather not be on an oxygen tank than smoke so THIS IS IT! Wish me luck..

I quit quitting 20 years ago after failing so many times. Last year I finally quit by weaning. No cold turkey for me. Day 1, one cigarette per 1/2 hour. Day 2, every hour. Day 3, every 2 hours. Day 4 every 3 hours, etc. After 11 days I've been tobacco free a year now. The trick is to keep that routine exactly even though you want one earlier or can wait longer. No decisions, just routine.
You don't yank a baby suddenly off the tit, you wean them.

Well I've been weaning myself down for about 3 months now and am down to half a pack a day but DAMN it seems I need my 3 smokes in the morning with my coffee just to get going. THAT will be the hardest part for me. I have some patches and one of those expensive e-cigs and am hoping that will do the trick...

Yup hearing a lot about those electric smoke things.
Can't have people smoke in the house but don't those electric things smoke?
