Ok this is from shadetree1 who helped me .

Download the adobe flash to a pc on the same network as the LMC .
You will also need winscp & putty on the pc .
You will need to know the ip of your LMC .
The LMC needs to be on the profile screen.
Log in to the LMC with winscp .
    "root" is log in .
    "captive" is password.
    Navigate to root/usr/local/lib/mozilla-firefox/plugins .

At this time open putty & make the os so you can right to it .
Do this by logging in with putty root is log in , captive is password , set to ssh .
    "rwroot" enter.

Go bake to winscp and drag the adobe libflashplayer.so to the LMC .
    Save .

Go bake to putty and save "roroot" enter.
    "exit" enter to exit putty.

Back in winscp save and exit .

On the LMC turn it off and back on .
The flash player will be there .
It may still ask if you want to install it , just skip this.
