why would you need to, if your azbox does not work as well as it did when it was new, or if it slow on ch changing or
just over all not working well, then you should clean the DOM.
first thing when you clean the dom you lose every thing, ch list, server settings, and all plugins so you need to do a backup of all your info and there will be no firmware on the reciver so you need to have a new firmware on a usb
before you start and test it to see that it will load to the azbox. azbox snapshots is where to get firmware
(http;//fw.azupd.ca) and rename it patch.bin.
now here is how to get the DOMEraser, press the home button and go to plugins and press ok now press the red button to add plugins now press the blue button to edit one of the URLs to this URL http;//az.evg33.ru now press ok
to set the url then press ok to log on now go down the list to DOMEraser and press ok and it will load now exit out
and go to DOMEraser and press ok, now when it is done you will get the blue firmware update screen, now put
the usb with the firmware on it in the reciver and load it, when it is done it will reboot and go back to the blue screen
at that time you need to turn off the azbox with the power switch and remove the usb, now turn on the azbox and
it will boot in pal mode, you will see settings on the VFD press the resolution button then right arrow to ntsc and
press ok then right to finish each of your settings and press ok on each setting you want to keep.
this will work on the azbox hd premium/ premium plus & elite hd.
