    Default proxy and router

    i understand that my ip will be altered on my computer but how do i enable a proxy to protect the stbs addresses?
    can i install proxy in the router a dlink dir632

    The answer is Yes, how we do this i am still doing research on this.

    I will give you a hint but i need some help from other members on this site.

    I am not trying to "hijack" your thread but i am in a similar situation.

    If you google ddwrt and openvpn you will find answers. I know in ddwrt with openvpn you can flash your router and stay annoymous.

    There is a lot of reading to do on this subject. I have 2 routers flashed with ddwrt and i love it, I have the old Linkysis routers and they work flawlessly. I know there is an extension for "openvpn" that you can flash to your router that will keep your stbs anonymous.

    Hope this leads you in the right direction, I will start my own thread shortly on the project i am about to start.
