    Smile sonicview 4000 reciever!

    Hi I have inherit sonicview 4000 today. Its really dusty and been in person closet or shed for quit awhile, its extreamly dusty. I like help to get this sonicview 4000 up and running, can i have some help please thank u satfixers??

    Do you have a dongle to go with the box ?
    You need the dongle to communicate with the internet.
    If not... look for a thread on the Wiz110 board.

    Ya i have no dongle with it. Whats wiz110 board were do i purchase one its jafo? Send me like to purchase one or if u can help me get dongle to purchase.

    cant get my sonicview 4000 going with my ihub at all. can someone help me please? Better ask does it have to be hooked to my computer to work like the nfusion solaris? any safixers help me will get thanks clicked.

    You have to have it connected to your internet. Do you even have the correct file loaded to it yet?

    I followed in the file section what to do. But what I want to no does my sonicview 4000 have to be consistently have to be hooked up to my computer to watch tv?

    If you are using svhub emulation then yes you have to have your computer hooked to the sv box. If you are using a ihub or wizhub then no you do not have to have the sv box hooked to a computer.

    K great. I have just Ihub for my sonicview4000 so I am happy I don't have to use my computer . Thx for the help

    Plug the ihub straight into your Router/Modem.
