    Default XFTA wired connection

I am running an XFTA router wired to a ISP supplied router, with a MAXHD receiver, my problem is "failed to connect to card server" .. I read on line that I should connect to the xfta and try to surf the net but I when I do that I have no connection to the outside world (although I am able to access the ISP router)...

I have a router with a custom IP. Does anyone know where I can find info on a wired connection and how to customize the settings? I can access my router, but not the internet!

I fix the no internet problem, it was the fact that my ISP router was giving the XFTA a static IP, so I had to change the settings.

BUT NOW: I continue to get "Failed to connect to card server". checked my donation: it is good. any suggestions?

I had a connecting problem with X-fta, till I entered the ip of the private$ by digits(247.xxx.vvv.) and not by name(somebody.tv).
then everything worked. every time was not connected, i had to check the provider if the ip was changed.
    maybe this is your problem
