Default KHUB always red, only get tv for a few seconds evry 10 minutes

Any ideas would be appreciated. My Kbox has been working fine for 3 years but since last week it barely works. I get a bad or no signal message. In the network setup it shows my IP address so that is hooked up fine and my dish signal strength has never changed. Not sure if the box is on its way out or if the KHUB itself is the problem. Already tried a factory reset but no change......

reset all devices on your network, power off your modem and /or router, K-HUB and K-BOX for at least 5 minutes. Then power on all the devices..try that..

If you are in a snow belt and your dish may be clear, check your roof for snow drifts that may inhibit signal. good luck

Reset modem, router and kbox with no difference. I wonder if there is a compatibility issue with rocket. Never had a problem with nfps

The problem was in fact faulty powerline adapters. I instead installed a wireless repeater system and all is good. Thanks for the ideas
