    make sure to unzip the file before you put it on the USB stick... check whats loaded on the stick on you puter... make sure theres enuf memory available to load file....etc

    I finally fixed it, thanks a lot Guys!

    What I did is format my USB flash drive with FAT32 then download the factory file and the bin and then, "Presto!"

    It is OK now I am glad I did not have to use a null cable.
