    Has anyone been able to get 129 in the Caribbean?

    Hasta ahora no avido nadie que alla podido captarlo en PR devido a pocos grados que nos queda .. Yo no lo eh intentado pq eh leydo los reportes de otros tester con antenas channel master 6' sin exito .
    Lo que hay es pura demenciaaaa !!!!!!

    If you go to the link below you will find an active foot print map for 129W, select the "CONUS" beam in the pink area, then look at the foot print, you can zoom into a location that has coverage, the closest possible reception area shows at least a 16 foot diameter dish would be needed.

    129W has a funny foot print.

    Satbeams shows that we are not even close to the footprint of that Sat, I tried it anyway with 6' and 8' dishes no go. the only sat we can get is the 61.5 and nobody is giving support for that. TurboPirate

    P.S. according to the info Terryl found the only dish I know big enough to do the test is the one in Arecibo, Demente knows what I am talking about,

    Have you test it yet down there? i'm in the north side of DR with a 6 footer channel master but not luck getting it.

    fibroso en que parte de la republica dominicana tu esta.....porque yo vivo en santo domingo parte oeste y hace 2 años yo busque el 129 con una ant de 6 pie y no tuve exito porque supuestamente la señal no llegaba asta aqui.....quisa habran modificado la cobertura y ahora llega....si alguien esta seguro en santo domingo que es 129w que me confirme aqui....un saludos para todos.....
