You seem to be very new to this, is your receiver an ultra lite, if so read post #14, if not post what receiver you have.

First thing, you need to set the time, then you need to put the receiver on CH 200 for 10 min, if you want more than 2 HRs
of epg you need to put a small USB drive in the receiver, 1/2 GB usb is all you need.

Press the guide button then press the yellow button and you will get a list of epg CHs, just put it on one of the CHs in the list
and let it sit for about 10 min.

If you had the wrong lnb type you would be able scan for channels and also view channels but would not have a guide. Try changing l n b type and do a hard boot. Put it on 1500 and wait. good luck

I had this setup for over 1 year now and always had a guide, since putting v111 on no guide..will try the lnb change and see what happens

    thanks

So rescaned, scanned channels work till the system puts the 2 infront of the north channel number, then nothing. (eg 0400 works, but 2400 gets no info)

anybody else using north only, having this problem with a jbox ultra lite HD

    thanks

didi a re scan of network only, this got rid of the 2 in front of the channel numbers and now works. I had previously reloaded my backup user database
and this was the problem all channels started with a 2..

    thanks

Try setting the receiver with your location, if your location is -4:00 or -4:30. TurboPirate

I know its being 2 years but today I was testing the Lite and notice no audio response at all, tried different channels pressed the RED button to change audio and nothing happen, tried different remotes same thing, checked the INFO it has file 111, just for fun loaded the Lite with file 036 now the RED (audio) button the audio window appears on TV and can change audio, something was forgotten on file 111, it works great but no audio change can be performed.
