    Not enough information:

Dish size/Type, LNB types, (Legacy, DP single, DP twin, DP Dish 1000), DP plus, and what type of switch, that sort of stuff.

OK so you have two LNB's on that satellite correct?

Connected with an external Diseqc switch right?

OK then here are the possible problems,

    1. The coax used is not rated to 2.5 or 3 GHz, if the coax says CATV on it, it won't work right, the coax must be marked 2.5 GHz or say "Swept to 3 GHz" the DP pro LNB's use band-stacking to get all the transponders down the coax at one time, the second band used is of a much higher frequency range then the old style LNB's.

    2. The Diseqc switch is not rated to be used with DP pro LNB's, some Diseqc switch have the same problems as the CATV coax above.

Can you post a photo of the logo on the LNB's (a close up would be nice) and the switch?

And where is the switch mounted? If outside is it a weather proof switch or inside a box or mounted out of the weather?

Last thing how long a run of coax is it from the switch to the receiver and again what type/brand is the coax?

    P. S. check your keyboard, your "Caps lock" may be on.
