Hi there,
I need to reset all settings in my DM500. Any one knows what is default password? I tires 0000, 0101, 0457 but not working

Try disconnecting the Antenna cable
Startup the box. Goto setup , disable the password protection for menu

i tried when i clicked on to setup, it is asking me to enter pin. i can't go further

I'm just guessing now . Did you try "dreambox" for password?
Or you could use dreamup and start over.

yes it is dreambox 500. as per your advise i connected without antenna.went to menu, settings there it is asking me to enter pin code. there is no option to disable password.
