about half the channels are scrambled on my d ik also I noticed that when I go to a channel the connection sometimes has the number 1 beside it and sometimes it does not (for the same channel). Can anyone help.

Sometimes it is better to say " d ik or charlie " rather than dish net. If the man and there are many reading your post you have admitted to stealing dish channels. Just a heads up with your posts.

Ok binford. Time to give us some information. What are your antenna settings and what satellites are you trying to receive? Did you align the dish yourself and do you have a lock on satellite? Leave as much information as possible and I'm sure someone will see your problem. good luck
