Default Nano 2 and wi fi

Not sure where to ask this questioon so please re route if wrong place.

I am looking to secure my wi fi (linksys) and am wondering if I will still get DN if it is secured or what I have to do to bring signal into my Nano2 or will it be automatically picked up?
    Thanks

Use the same password/code assigned during your WIFI security setup in your router.

    This will help.
