    you can try making one up,a fake pay pal account...

    I assume it is a set amount on a prepaid card.If you trust them email the info on the card, he will likely email what you want.

    I try but paypal freeZe the money because account is not verified by bank info.. :/

    Ah, a business idea--user pays you, you pay to paypal. Use Wepay to get money then go to paypal?

    A quick search later....search term "how to paypal without paypal account"
