    Default What`s Your Best Burger??

As Aqua and I were busy trashing his boxing thread with burger discussions I wondered if anyone had ever posted anything about good burgers..........being not much of a reader of previous stuff well....it`s too bad if they did cause I`m doing it anyway......

I`m a burger guy....I`d rather have a good burger than steak, lobster, shrimp etc etc. In today`s Burger Emporiums they smother the meat with so much garbage that it completely hides the great taste of the seared beef. I`ve had some incredible burgers from down south to California(avocado was great) even tho on mine I generally only put a slice of tomato and a little Worcestershire. Although I`ve tried a little blue cheese dressing (the real stuff) that was good....or a little chili.
I spent a lot of time in Louisville in my baseball days and got to try Ollie`s Trolley Burgers ....Excellent along with their seasoned fries......

OK burger lovers....let`s see what you got and where you got it.................

The best burgers are the ones I grill at home. The best burger I've had away from home was at Chillis in Buffalo, I ordered medium rare and it was awesome. My typical burger at home consists of miracle whip, hot peppers, tomato, processed cheese and salt and pepper. The burger must be medium rare to medium to bring out the juice of the meat, which usually means I have to change my plate after a couple of bites to avoid the bun getting soggy- always on a big kaiser bun and at least 1/2 pound of meat.

here is the one there serving up at Lambeau Field today..20$ burger..looks awsome...

Here is a post about a gigantic, absurd, strangely beautiful, potentially offensive food item soon to be offered at Lambeau Field.
It's called the "Big Game Burger", a 3.5-pound testament to beef, cheese, cholesterol and digestive system destruction and it will be on sale during the Packers' Sunday playoff showdown with the Cowboys. Will Brinson of CBSSports.com procured the ingredients of the great beast:
    » "Big Mother" pretzel bun
» 1/2 pound of ground venison
» 1/2 pound of ground bacon
» 1/2 pound of certified Angus beef
    » Crispy fried onions
    » Jalapeño smoked bacon
» Lettuce (and you thought this wasn't healthy)
    » Tomato (six slices)
    » Pickles
    » Secret sauce
    » Housemade jalapeño cheese
    [KIDWICKED]..;/
