Try and turn it off for a little while and then back on...worse case you could always try a file force load...procedures in the stickies. If you force load you will probably have to set things back up in the dish settings and rescan but it should bring the stb back.

OK, go to SV-360P files section, get SV360P_SysCleanFile, and follow instructions Given.

Then you are going to have to start over from scratch
    1. Load Factory file to rec. with PC and loader program (files section)
    2. Load SysCleanFile and follow instructions Given.
    3. Load Newest Bin file, and then Scan for Channels (everything needed is in Files Section)

I suggest you do a force load to receiver, like abouttosnap had mentioned, there is a Sticky on how to do it
and follow instructions, To The Letter. You are going to have to bring your SV-360P BACK TO SQUARE ONE FIRST
And start from there One Step At A Time.
    Hope This Help's

I have been trying the force loading of all the files. Not sure if I'm doing it right. The instruction are not overly clear. Thanks for the help auggie, I really appreciate it. I will continue to try and get things right. One more thing if you don't mind. Which files do I need to load, the factory file, the sysclean file and then the bin file? In that order?

Are you using a usb stick to load with ? if so, it has to be formatted to fat32 and only the front usb port on receiver
also hook up video connection with rca, RED WHITE (YELLOW) In order to fix this first load Factory 110 (use the panel buttons on receiver) remote will not work yet, and do not reboot, then load syscleanfile, do not reboot, load V0175. tHEN REBOOT AND wait a min. after this when blue screen with stars shows up, you need to do the receiver setup and scan for channels.

0175 was the last known standalone file working before iks...117 is an original iHub factory file...it should work. I will say that some of these older files were known to make the screen turn gray and roll after reboot...may have been what you were seeing...sometimes rebooting the receiver will correct that problem and if not reloading of a file will. If you are seeing something on the screen you should be half way there and the stb recoverable.

I'm back to nothing on screen. Just cannot get anything working. Have tried numerous file variations, without any luck. Going to make another attempt now.

Try and just load the factory file...once you select ok on the tv screen the file should start to load or count down by blocks...once the file loads you should see good on the display of the receiver...flip the back switch off for about a minute and then back on...it make take a little time for it to boot up but you should see the main menu on the tv afterwards.
