Original iHubs were yellow (amber) and green...green would remain constant to show it had power and yellow would blink which means it is communicating.

Yes you will need wiznet loader...going by that info your iHub is most likely at version 2.2 and will need to be updated. Now it has been a while but going by my cd of archived files and guides for the 360P will need to update your iHub version 2.2 to a svlan 4.3 which requires the wiznet loader. Once you get your iHub converted to a svlan then again if memory serves me right you can load the p2028 CCE file on the receiver and it will automatically update the svlan from version 4.3 to 4.12. Below is the procedure I have on my cd on converting the iHub to an svlan:
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    C/P:
How to upgrade your iHub or NewLink to SvLan

If you have loaded the latest file for the IHub or NewLink

    You will need:
    Wiznet on your desktop
    Premier Receiver
    USB Thumb Drive
    svlan_usb_wiznet File
    Premier_svlan_special_99 file
    svlan_v43 File

    1) On the thumb drive have the Premier_svlan_special_99 file and svlan_usb_wiznet files.
    2) On the 360 Premier STB load the Premier_special_99 File as S/W upgrade.
    3) Let it flash and reboot attach your iHub or NewLink.
    4) Load the svlan_usb_wiznet file.
    5) Open the Wiznet program and Search it will find your iHub or NewLink
    6) Click on Setting to set the file
    7) Upgrade and choose the svlan_v43 File
    8) Let the file load
    9) Click on Setting to set the file
    10) Exit by using the Red X at the lower right hand corner
    11) You now have an SVLan
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    End C/P

Not sure if all these files are in the file section...if you want to give this a go let me know and I can post any of the missing files listed in the above guide.

Also the wiznet loader can be found in the link below also...maybe easier to upload it from the website:

    Code:
    http://www.wiznet.co.kr/sub_modules/en/product/product_detail.asp?Refid=710&page=1&cate1=5&cate2=8&cate3=0&pid=1040&cType=2

Looks like the iHub is set to the correct version so no other update is required to it...if you still have file version 4.20 loaded on the receiver you will need to load the p28-2028 CCE file in the link below...once you load that file it should show the main software as p28 in the system info. After that you should be set receiver and iHub wise if you have the original iHub like the picture I posted in an above post. On the signal and quality not sure what type of dish you have but you may need to adjust it. Even with no dish connected to some of these receivers you may still see something show in the Q ans S meter in the menu. Once you have the dish setup and channels scanned in remember you will still need to go into the network settings and setup or input your ps info.

This *board list 75:BC:13:F6:64:EE* should change and start with 00:90:BC if hub is going to work.If the p28 2028 file doesn't change board list number try the p28 nochk file which I think is the file you need.

*Not connected* means nothing at all in wiznet do not worry. If you have *network settings* option in receiver menu then your ready to enter server info.

Don't worry about the wiznet loader saying not connect...it will show that most of the time. If you have it at version 4.12 then the iHub should be good to go and you should no longer need the wiznet loader. Now you will need to get your network setting to show in the menu so you can input your ps info and then get your sats scanned and that will create your channel lists. Couple of screen shots below that maybe helpful.
