Angry Rocket blocked by network? Server can not connect

I know this Dreamlink T5 is working, I was connected to rocket 2 days ago. Now i have the T5 at work, removed sub ird, put T5 in it place. Re-entered keys, pass and everything. Keep getting server can not connect. Using Ethernet cable, i checked the DNS in command prompt and entered the settings settings in T-5. Still get server not connecting. I can populate the EPG and get preview channel 102 working which is showtime for today anyway. Just free channels 101 and 102 working. Still getting server can not connect to rocket no matter what I do.

Is there a way i can tell if the network at my work is blocking it? I can go to porn sites and even get on DarkNet (Tor). Does not look like the network is blocking anything. If it is blocking it someway, is there a work around that i can use to connect to rocket iks?

still have over 200 days till it expires, it was working 2 days ago. I put in the code 3 different times today. Same code i was using 2 days ago when it was working at my house. I even checked and made sure server is still up. I also tried it with Limesat HD air and the T5. It works at my home but not working at my work network. Thats why i believe there has to be something wrong on the network end. However it does seem that nothing on the work network is blocked. O I am 150 miles out on an oil platform in middle of the Ocean if that has anything to do with it. (satellite connection)
