I have a MyGica 582 and was able to reset the box through a small hole at the bottom with a paper clip. Then, installed up-to-date firmware to get it working better than ever. I don't know about the 1200 but I hope this helps.

ya i tried everything like that but this time was different. these boxes are bad for bricking i guess but i eventually found a guy in toronto to do it for 20 bucks so i'm only in the box for 40 so i still did good lol.
    thanks anyway
