Default Wireless sticks not showing in Utilities

I updated to 820 did all the resets, tried 2 different adapters, they work on a pc, but not showing up. So, cant connect, everything worked fine for a long time. Got another rt5370 coming tomorrow. How could both usb ports be screwed?

    Thanks....

Clean stick. Try drag and drop as opposed to copy and past. Don't think anything wrong with ports

Hate to go back to wired its a pretty long run to router. Also, I have a DL t5 just sitting, but like I said I like "no wires"!

Yep, Snap, I had the same exact one, I guess it finally failed, got a new one coming today. You think I should still run with 820 or run with 8044?

Thanks for the help everyone, will post if works or not....

From what I've seen the file info is the same for the 820 and 8044...seems some of the iptv works with the 8044 that doesn't with the 820. Some have had problems and loaded the 8044 and it seem to help with there issues...running the 8044 myself.

Well, Snap, got the gold plated version stick today put it in the pc, loaded drivers, connected right away, yippee!1 Take back to the mega, same ****e, connecting. Factory reset, loade factory again, reset factory, loaded 820, connecting. Decided to re-seat everything, brought back up repeat, still connecting....

Gotta be a door stop, any suggestions?

    Thanks

What is showing up in the internet settings menu? Once you did a reset you will have to go in and redo your internet settings.

I messed around with my antenna and noticed that it doesn't fit real snug in the usb port which if I moved it I would loose connection...seems if you push it upward slightly it would loose the connection...push it downward slightly and it would connect. Also noticed when I was messing with it the stb would lock up in the internet menu screen while it was trying to reconnect and I would have to have to hard boot or unplug it...after the stb rebooted it would then connect. I have to agree with whoknows I doubt there is anything wrong with the usb ports...the chances of both going out at the same time is slim to none...if you plug a usb stick in the port and it pops up on the screen and then you can upload or download to the stick then most likely the ports are good. I'm out of ideas myself...if you figure it out let us know.
