I don't know what powervu is up to but on 43.1w all CHs on TP-3745-V-21610-DVB-S2-8PSK- are ITC as of now, who knows how long it will last.

Well that didn't last long, they are no longer ITC, and it seems that powervu has now rolled the keys on that TP.
