Default sonicview 360 prv lost some channels' signal

my sonicview 360 prv has no signal message when rains. and get better after, this was last for more than 6 month. and now I can't get signal for lots of channels. I tried reset the dish and even set up another dish. but nothing change. I also borrow an unused receiver from my neighbour. that is capital work 600s. but I still get same thing.
I have no signal on lots tps. anyone know the reason for this, receiver ? power supply? thanks

simple answer is that you need to read more when you are in this type of Hobby~!!Plenty of different threads open on how to fix the issue and if you have a 360E or P the fun is done.. unless you can recieve bev..
so you might want to find a different box that supports mpeg4,,, like a SV8000 since you have the hub all ready or move on to like a cheaper box such as jynxbox, depends on ur money sit... good luck!
