Default Linkbox 9000i Server Disconnection very often

I have two Linkbox 9000i's already updated. Each Box are using different internet provider and different third party providers. The same issue is happening in both boxes. A server disconnection happen very often. I watch TV then I change to other channel and nothing happen, just shows "Scrambled" window. When I press F2 and check server status, appear "Server is Disconnected". Then I connect manually and get the connection back. Sometime just have a freeze and when I check the server connection appear "Server is Disconnected" again. This situation happen more often than expected. I believe something weird happen with the file or need improve. Any comment or some one have same issue? Thanks.

Mine does the same thing, I don't even watch it
spend 1/2 of the time rebooting it.

I realize this is an old thread but was this issue ever addressed in one of the firmware upgrades? I found a seller for the 9000i online and was wondering if this would be a good option for North provider.?

I was wondering the same, found seller as well. Currently have a Dreamlink T5 and can't find a suitable replacement that's readily available.

From looking at the files eight came out after the op date. Two addressed some sort of network issue from my read which were 778 and 781. No read me was included so really no way of knowing if the issue in question was addressed with those two or either of the other six. Sadly there were a lot of stb's that had many file updates but certain issues were never addressed. Although sometimes you could find a work around for some. Seems the MegaTvi SHD3000 had a drop network issue that was never fixed. From what I've seen the linkbox was one of the last one's to come out which was around 2015. Probably be the last of them to have an ota tuner on board as well.
