I received the following email response from Activa after I sent them an email asking why is their server the only one that was hit by an ECM.

So there was not an ECM as reported by Activa in a previous response from an email I sent them 3 days after paying them (Jan 15th) for 3 months worth of service and losing all channels. I have been with Activa since 3/12 and they have always seemed to be a great provider...until now. Looks to me like they are getting away from iks and going strictly to iptv. So why not just say so instead of trying to place blame somewhere else.
