Not following close enough because Foley is the wrong answer Two posts above yours have already given you the right answer. In 1990 Foley was already wrestling as Cactus Jack. I've been 'following' (on and off) wrestling since the 50s (yes, I'm old)

William Scott "Bill" Goldberg (born December 27, 1966) is an American actor, former professional football player, and semi-retired professional wrestler. He is known for his appearances with World Championship Wrestling (WCW) between 1997 and 2001, and in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) between 2003 and 2004. Within WCW, he had a lengthy undefeated streak in singles competition from 1997 to 1998: the official count was given as 173–0, which exaggerated the number of matches actually staged.

Goldberg is a two-time world champion: a one-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion and a one-time World Heavyweight Champion in WWE. He is also a two-time WCW United States Heavyweight Champion and one-time WCW World Tag Team Champion (with Bret Hart). Goldberg headlined many pay-per-views for WCW and WWE, including closing WCW's premier annual event, Starrcade, on two occasions. WWE Hall of Famer and industry veteran Arn Anderson likened Goldberg's popularity at his peak to that of Hulk Hogan, The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin, saying that he "was as hot as anybody has ever been in the history of this business".

Before he was a professional wrestler, Goldberg was a professional football player. After retiring from wrestling, he began working as a commentator for the mixed martial arts promotion EliteXC until its closure. As of 2010, he has been the host of Garage Mahal on the DIY Network.

    Eddie Guerrero

Eduardo Gory "Eddie" Guerrero Llanes (October 9, 1967 Died on November 13, 2005), was a Mexican-American professional wrestler and a member of the Guerrero wrestling family. He performed in Mexico and Japan for several major professional wrestling promotions, and in the United States, performed for Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Guerrero's gimmick was that of "Latino Heat," a crafty, resourceful wrestler who would do anything to win a match. His catchphrase became "I Lie! I Cheat! I Steal! But at least I'm honest about it!" and was used in one of his entrance themes; he partly used this phrase in the title of his 2005 autobiography, "Cheating Death, Stealing Life."Guerrero is widely regarded as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. At the time of his death, industry veterans Kurt Angle and William Regal both described him as "the best wrestler in the business" with Angle adding Guerrero "might have even been the best ever", while CM Punk and Sasha Banks have since regarded him as the greatest professional wrestler of all time.Others such as Gerald Brisco, Dusty Rhodes and Paul "Triple H" Levesque have all labeled him as one of the greatest talents of all time.Despite being a villain for most of his career, he was popular in and out of the ring. He experienced various substance abuse problems, including alcoholism and an addiction to painkillers; these real-life issues were sometimes incorporated into his storylines.Guerrero won 23 titles during his career, including 16 between WWE, WCW, ECW, and Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA), encompassing the WWE Grand Slam Championship. He was also a posthumous inductee into the WWE, AAA, Wrestling Observer Newsletter and Hardcore halls of fame

    Steve 'Sting' Borden

Steve Borden, Sr., better known by the ring name Sting, is an American retired professional wrestler, actor, author and former bodybuilder.
    Born: March 20, 1959 (age 57),Omaha,Nebraska,United States

    Retired: April 2, 2016

    Organization: WWEEx-

    spouse: Sue Borden

    Siblings: Jeff Borden

Steve Borden, Sr. (born March 20, 1959), better known by the ring name Sting, is an American retired professional wrestler, actor, author and former bodybuilder.
Sting is known for his time spent as the public face of two major pro wrestling companies: the now-defunct World Championship Wrestling (WCW), which displaced the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) as the leading pro wrestling organization in the United States from 1995–1998; and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA).
With a career spanning more than three decades, Borden cultivated a legacy as one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all time.
Sting's 14-year tenure with WCW and its predecessor, Jim Crockett Promotions (JCP), began in 1987. Dubbed "The Franchise of WCW",Sting held a total of 15 championships in the promotion – including the WCW World Heavyweight Championship on six occasions, the WCW International World Heavyweight Championship on two occasions, and the NWA World Heavyweight Championship on one occasion – and made more pay-per-view (PPV) appearances for the company than any other wrestler.
He headlined the highest-grossing PPV event in WCW history at Starrcade in 1997.
Upon the acquisition of WCW by the WWF in March 2001, Sting and his long-term rival Ric Flair were chosen to perform in the main event of the final episode of Nitro.[6]Following the expiration of his contract with WCW's parent company, AOL Time Warner, in March 2002, Borden held talks with the WWF but ultimately did not join the promotion, instead touring internationally with World Wrestling All-Stars (WWA) – winning the WWA World Heavyweight Championship – before joining the then-upstart TNA in 2003. Over the following 11 years, he won the NWA World Heavyweight Championship on one further occasion and the TNA World Heavyweight Championship four times, and was the inaugural inductee into the TNA Hall of Fame in 2012.
He is the only man to hold the NWA, WCW and TNA world titles in a career.
Previously described by WWE as the greatest wrestler never to have performed for that promotion, Sting finally joined the company in 2014, making his first appearance at Survivor Series and having his debut match at WrestleMania 31 the following year.
His last ever bout, at Night of Champions in 2015, marked his sole PPV main event and WWE World Heavyweight Championship contest (and title match) for the organization.
Sting held 25 total championships throughout his career, including 21 between WCW and TNA.
Readers of Pro Wrestling Illustrated named him "Most Popular Wrestler of the Year" on four occasions, a record he shares with John Cena. Sting headlined the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2016 on April 2, where he announced his retirement.
His induction renders him the only performer to be inducted into both the WWE and TNA Hall of Fame, as well as the second man to be inducted while an active WWE wrestler, after Ric Flair
