I know this is an old thread but I may get my hands on a T4 and wondered which module would work better the DL100 or dL200?
Is one better than the other?

This T4 receiver hasnt been used in about 3-4 years so would the best thing to be just load the last T4 file on it? Well, factory reset, load file, factory reset again, scan channels? Its been quite some time since doing one of these.....lol
Forgot, does it need the dl100 or dl200 to run at the moment if using for Bev and just get SD channels?
Hope you had a great day squirtNcider
I'm sure you will get the answers to your questions.
Cheers and enjoy your evening!!
no you dont need the board to get the sd on 91 but you do need the latest file
The latest file is what allowed the box to get hd
Ok, I think this is the latest, actually posted by you....

So once I load this file via usb, itll get the SD and when I get the board and install it, HD can be scanned in?
Just to make sure, here is a pic of the board Im looking at: $35 CDN delivered.
Attachment 28006
you have to scan 91 in too, there are hd on 91
Also you will have to scan in the channels when there is a full hockey schedule as the tps are not active until a hour or so before game time
Perfect.....I just found this module a lot closer to me but the listing doesnt say dl100 or dl200. Can you tell if this is the same module needed?
Attachment 28011
Also make note of the arrow on the module:make sure it faces the REAR of the stb.It fits either way,but only works when correctly oriented.

I believe the arrow has to be facing/pointing to the back of receiver ? least that is the way it is on my T4

Once you have everything scanned in save your channel data to usb
If you have to do a factory set you can just load back to dreamlink
Perfect, thanks everyone. Im going to try the receiver Friday and then have to wait for the board to come in. Will post when done....
Okay, I got the board today but the heat sink came off. Its spongy and sticky (like in the above photo) so do I just place it back on the board where its supposed to go? I assume it came off during shipping and being cold outside. Just want to make sure of this before I install it that there isnt a certain way its supposed to go.
