Yes it is.
Where I come from they have a special sheet metal bracket that will do the trick - but you can also do it with some eletrical or duct tape.
If you are standing behind your dish put in the one LNB and point it to pick up the 119 signal as strong as you can get it.
When you have a good strong signal - then standing behind your dish put the second LNB - that will pick up the 110 signal - to the right of the LNB that is in the arm getting the 119 signal.
Hold it right against the 119 LNB but drop it about 1 1/2 inches lower than the LNB and then fasten it to that LNB with some duct tape and you should get the 110 signal from it.
It is actually pretty easy after you have done it a few times. If you have a couple of guys doing it - just have your buddy hold it close the other LNB and just lower it a bit and tilt it until you get a good strong signal and then tape it into place.

thanks Jedi...i'll be with some friends to do that so it will be easy !!(i think)...my english is a little poor but i try very hard you know ...i''ll give you some news about the result of it !!!

dryden - language doesn't matter LOL - a couple of beers with your buddies and you can figure it out it doesn't matter if you are speaking Polish, Hindi, Farsi, Spanish, French, Urdu or English :-)
Once you lock onto the 119 signal with the LNB in the arm of the dish - then the rest is easy - just make sure that when you are standing behind the dish that you put the second (110 LNB) to the right and lower it a bit.
A lot of guys make the mistake of putting the 110 LNB to the left - they think that because the 110 satellite is to the left of the 119 satellite in the sky - then the 110 LNB should be to the left of the 119 LNB - it does not work like that - the signals actually cross when they reflect off of the dish - so it is like a mirror image.

Not that it matters but what you are referring to was called an original poormans dish from years back. If memory serves me right it was to first set the 110 lnb up elevation wise and then slowly move left or right until the best Q&S is obtained. Still may need to tweak the elevation a little more after that. Once that is set then mount another lnb to the left of the 110 lnb. I found that using a couple of strong rubber bands works the best to hold the two lnbs together or side by side. One rubber band to hold the lnbs together and one to pull the feed horns together. Then you can slide the lnb for the 119 up/down little by little until you get good Q&S with that one. Using the rubber bands to me makes it easier to keep the lnb in place as it is adjusted and you won't have to hold on to it all the time or reposition tape. Basically you are creating an dish500 in which the beams cross...but using a smaller dish without skew plate. But I guess one could set it up the other way as well...no expert here just posting on what I have done and what has worked for me. I've done a few things with dishes some said was a waste of time and probably wouldn't work and some have turned out and others have not. I have about one more thing left to do in regard to a dish...setup around a 30" or so dish with an Invacom quad. I have the Invacom but not the dish. That way I can go linear/circular and maybe mount an inb for 118 to the side as a bonus...guess I'll get one sooner or later.
At any rate once you have both lnbs set as far as Q&S then you could use a coupe of 14" or so tie straps to secure the 119 lnb in place. One around the lnbs and then one around the feed horns. After that you can just cut the rubber bands off. There is a picture of the one I had setup back around 2007 in post #2 after all was said and done. Never did move or need readjustment and used it for about a year or so until I bought my motor.
Just remember when it come to tweaking most of the time there is no set degree or inch etc. sometime. A lot of factors with tweaking...mast pole plumb/level and if the dish is used to whether it may have bent places and or the mast pole is compressed .a lot of this stuff may throw things off some what.

If you're going to try to fit a dish/bell legacy lnb into an old 18" directv dish, then probably not so easy. The directv dish has a rectangular lnb slot, the dish/bell legacy lnb's fit into a d shaped slot.
Use a free Ne Plus bracNe Plus.jpgket
i have a new directv antenna (a larger one ) !!...a good one !!
Well my above post is old school and going by your above post is not what you are working toward. In order for someone to help you it would be best to give as much detail on what dish and lnds you are planning on trying to combine. Depending on lnb sometimes the distance from lnb to dish becomes a factor on signal. Pictures or links to pictures of the dish and or lnbs you are planning on using are always helpful.
If it's a slimline dish and you want to modify it for dishnet then you'll have to do some measuring and cutting. I've seen one modified, and the spacing between lnb's was a bit wider than the indicated mark on the lnb bracket.
The older phase II directv oval dishes work good, but the lnb holder only takes rectangular lnb's.
