    Default 129 Problem

    I have a Dish 500 on 110,119. (97-98 signal)
Also one on 129(some TP's about 50% signal).
They are connect to a DPP 44 with power inserter.
I have a line run to a Dreamlink and one to the power inserter from the DPP44.
It has been working great for several months.
About a month ago, signal on most TP's went to zero or 10-20.
but there are a few transponder still giving out a 50 something signal Q. (blue)
Some are all the way at zero. say bad or no signal, but with a few working OK.
I actually changed the LNB, it is still doing the same...
    Any ideas?

Could be the power supply or a failing dl100

As suggested you may want to change out the HD module. Have you checked your cables and switch for corrosion or bad connections. You could remove each line from the switch and go straight to the receiver and check that sat for signal/quality. That will eliminate the switch and a possible bad cable. Is there anything in the dish path that has possibly blocked it. Maybe a tree that grew into the way of the dishes line of site. Or maybe a house built next door. Just some things to check.

I would check the DC output on the power inserter, it should be around 20 volts DC, check it at the interface output, then reconnect the coax to it, then check it out at the switch, if it drops more then 1 volt from what you measured at the output you have a problem with the coax running power out to the switch.

You did run the power to the #1 receiver port on the switch right?
