    If you have a really big dish then maybe, here is the foot print maps for 110 and 119.

    this one is for 110, zoom into your location, if your not in the foot print then maybe not, it may take a 20 foot dish for that one.

    And this one is for 119

    select the CONUS beam for Echostar7 in the pink area at the top of the page, then look at your area, you may need at least an 8 foot dish for 119.
