    I need a manual for a 2011 Expedition.

It's getting to the age where something new needs fixing every week. I just changed the rear struts awhile ago and then the timing belt. I need to pull apart the dash to change the A/C blend actuator and see if I can find why the radio display intermittantly disappears. The real biggie is the moonroof seems to be off it's track or something, that will be a big job. I also have a broken manifold stud...

Maybe it's time to get a new truck.

I found a logon and password for .bscohost. You can find all the info you'll need. Sending a PM for you now.

I don't know how good you are at turning a wrench but the only thing that could be a MF is the broken stud, If it's a iron block it's no big thing but if it's aluminum you may have to have it done.

Yeah, I know that stud is going to be a job drilling it out. The studs are smaller diameter than they used years ago and some always break when you try to remove the manifold.

I would rather do the stud then mess with the ac blend actuator. If you mean the the flap in the air box that is a job.I went to a salvage yard and took one off a 96 explorer.I took a saws all to make it easy and it wasn't.I ended up cutting a hole in my air box and made a manual lever to move flap.It would have been nice if ford made a way to get there by removing glove box but you can't.

Don't know if you are talking about the same thing - it's part of the dual zone heating/cooling. I know it won't be easy. I hate working on cars now days - everything is so tight and complex.

I thought they quit printing manuals for all vehicles, nobody was buying them any more, the last one i bought was 1994 used it frequently but 2 years ago the car was getting to where it was like a ford (fix & repair daily) so i traded it, any more with all the electronics in a vehicle its just best to take it to a dealer (any how for me) and let them hook up their computer to and let them fix it, besides physically for me its getting getting real hard to do any more.

I have seen manuals for sale on DVD, I'm just trying to get it free

We must be of the same vintage because I'm getting too stiff and creaky for this kind of work too. Unfortunately the repairs that I need are so labor intensive and not much money for parts so I hate to take it to the dealer and pay thousands just for labor.

The flap controls the automatic climate. If you remove inner glove box you can feel the actuator on top of air box but you cannot remove it.You have to remove allot to fix heater coil,ac coil and dash componets.

It seems that all plenums are "dash-out" now.allow 6 or 7 hours at least for most vehicles...some even more.At 61 years old, I still do it for a living.Bending like a slinky is getting harder though.lol.
