    Default c band mini mag lnb question

    Can a Mini-Mag LNB. Input frq. 3.7 to 4.2 GHz and output is 950 to 1450 MHz. It has a gain of 65 db with a noise fig. of 20k. I have two on a dual feed horn and I would like to know if this can work on SES1 101w and also what freq should I set my fta receiver eg:5150 thanks for the reply.....

    Yup it should no problem, if you use at least a 6 foot dish or bigger.

    And 5150 will work fine.

    If your box has blind scan then it really does not matter that much what LO you set the box to use. The box will find the active TP that your box is capable of pulling in, just at a different frequency--kind of a pain if you want to report what you find, or are checking what you find against some site's info on the bird, but otherwise not a big deal.
