Joey Logano won the first NASCAR race of the 2017 season with his victory in the Advance Auto Parts Clash on Sunday.
Logano won his first Clash in his ninth start and became the 22nd different driver to win this event. Logano assumed the lead when teammate Brad Keselowski and Denny Hamlin got together on the last lap in turn one. This is the third victory for Roger Penske in the specialty event.
