it is possible but easier to just find a dish 500 . to use the star choice pan you will need to modify the arm for the lnbs its to long , to just put the lnb bracket wont work you need to shorten the arm a couple of inches or so . its bin a while sense i tried that it was not worth all the headaches , its just my opinion but i would just get a dish 500 bev or dn they both work

Universal LNB's will not work on 119 and 110, you need circular LNB's.

It depends on the type of LNB that was originally on the starchoice dish, if it was a "bullet/tube" type of LNB then you can just wrap some rubber around the neck of the circular LNB (as Terryl said) and clamp it in where the starchoice LNB sits, this puts the eye of the circular LNB in the right spot. Then you can strap another circular LNB to it with a hose clamp to get 2 sats, if the dish does not skew then the second LNB can be easily moved up or down to grab the second sat then locked into place with the hose clamp, this is called a poor-mans dish and works well and will only cost you about a dollar for the hose clamp.
