    when u say it does 91 that's with iks/iptv sub not without ?

    Obviously if the box can't do Turbo FEC then the box can't do US providers that are currently IKS available.

    If they are just using a live stream from a legal subscription I don't see why they can't do US providers - they are not using a sat dish they are using an IPTV stream - so no problem with Turbo FEC.

    That too is obvious, but at the start of the post they asked about:
    Is that a Bell sub or one of the US providers?
    I don't know how else to interpret that other than asking about IKS.
