Are you talking about RTN channels on Ku band? If so, they haven't been there for 7 years or so. They moved to Dish Network and streaming--nothing in the clear.

yes it moved few years back to g3 but nothing on for last 3 weeks maybe moved again no new report on capitol otb-tv site.
