    Default Rtp 1 Americas

I have several portuguese friends that are phoning because their Rtp on 97 west is not working. I would suspect it is related to Hurricane Irma. Has anyone got any info on the outage?

As I understand it, the uplinks for most of 97 degree are on the Western coast and in the North-East. So, well away from the storm area. Now, whether or not there are signals bounced from South America to a spot for the uplinks to re-transmit, I don't know. And if your friends are in the path of the storm then outages should be expected.

RTPi they moved from TP 12058 to transponder 12152/H/20.000Mbs
delete the old rtpi channel or do a factory reset and rescann 97 sat again

IT's possible that the storm blew RTPi from the old TP to the new one
