OK2 apk is based on an older version of Perfect player. If you use the newer version of Perfect Player, when this would typically happen, you just get a rotating circle as it buffers, and then it continues (doesn't go back to EPG). I would love if Perfect Player would implement the ExtremeCodes api natively in the app, that way you could use it for OK2 withought necessaily using M3U urls and it would properly sort VOD and Live TV stuff. I really like some of the additional new features/bug fixes that perfect Player has added, and this buffer handling is one of them, the other is that when you go to EPG, scroll around to browse what there is and then decide to go back to watched program, if you launch EPG again, it will start again at your current channel, not the last channel you were browsing previously.
There is unfortunately not much you can do about it. It happens from time to time. If using the MAC/STB based version, from what I understand, this is NOT an issue (users of actual STB can confirm). But STB Emu I am not crazy about the EPG layout. I prefer the matrix/timeline style as in the APK. So unless you native STB epg has an EPG format you like, it may or may not be for you. It is just a personal preference.
