anyone having signal issues from this sat, 110 good quality 88, but 119 no signal quality, usually excellent. using Dish pro 1000.2 before I have to start hanging upside down on roof....

tried them all ... on my SV 8000Hd box shows strength but no quality in bars.
yes the setting are still the same as when all was good only two days ago...think it might be the internal switch..? seems to be stuck on 110w.
So I disconnected the feed into Dish LNB , tried hooking up each of the other 3 connections out of the dish LNB's, one, (outside) no signal at all, the other two(center two) I got 110w. So I assume it must be the 119w horn? Still can't figure why three of the LNB connections from the three Horn assembly gave me 110w. ?? .....any ideas...??

The D1000 LNB needs a ton of DC current to run right, have you been using an external DC power supply?(the DPP44 switches power supply is the only one that will run this LNB correctly)
If not then it could be your receivers power supply is not supplying the correct amount of DC current, the D1000 LNB needs at least 750 mA of DC current to run right.
At most a standard FTA receiver will supply 500 mA maybe 600 mA on a good day, this can cause problems.
Also the wrong Diseqc switch settings can cause problems, it should be ...
119 = Diseqc port #1
110 = Diseqc port #2
129 = Diseqc port #3
118 = Diseqc port #4 (if used)
And there are only 3 receiver ports on the D1000, the 4th one is for an external DP single LNB for 118. (or the special 118/119 LNB)
The #1 port is the only one setup to properly run the LNB, the other two may work but the #1 port is the normal power input.

no outside power just my SV 8000HD box, has worked fine for many years as you say could be the power supply, How to test?
when I set the dish a few years ago, I never did get 129 but the other two were great signal so I never fellt like moving to sqew in 129.

thanks for the input, (pardon the Pun) problem is the box sets the port #... I hookup the cable from SV box, to one of the three input wires, to LNB's outside wire , and when I do a Dish setup I go to say, Port i and the box tells me which sat I'm on. If I try to setup 110w on the box and go to Port 2 shows no satellite, when I move port to #1 I get the 110 satellite receiving on my screen.?
To resolve the power issue Would I need a new DPP44 switch or just the power insert-er supply?

On the back of the receiver, what is marked next to the LNB input as to how many milliamps it can supply?? If 500 then you need a new power supply for your receiver, and the DPP 44 power supply.
And the Diseqc switching needs to be set as I specified or you will have problems.
Now...on 129W, it has a very funny foot print you may or may-not be in range for that satellite, check the link below to see what is going on with that satellite in your area.

thank you for the great speed of response.. great support... yep it's 500milliamps, I guess its been going for about 6yrs now pretty good
As for the 129 I have a winegard traveler dish HD on my airstream and IF set correct I could get 129w on second fixed dish, , but didn't want to move the dish as I did have great reception for the other two sats....If I just installed the DPP 44 power supply.for now do you think it would work until I got a new power supply?

Yes, just the DPP 44 power supply will solve any power issues, you don't need the switch if you don't require it, just make sure you put the power supply on it's own line and not on the same line as your receiver (eg...power supply on port 1 and receiver on port 2). You could also use an old DN receiver to power your system if you have one lying around.
OK here are a few recommendations, first switch the D1000 LNB out for a DPP twin, this LNB has two ports for receivers and one port for an external LNB, mount the DPP twin on the dish (you need the twin LNB adapter) with the great signals on 110/119, then get a DP single LNB and a second dish (determined by the satbeams site as to correct size needed for 129) and connect it to the DPP twin LNB's input port and set all Diseqc switching as specified in my post above.
Be sure to use the DPP 44 power inserter to run all 3 LNB's, and as mentioned by Mavrick run the power out to the DPP twin LNB to it's port # 1 on it's own coax.
Note: If using the DPP twin LNB and a second DP single LNB and you need to run more then one receiver you can use the DPP44 switch and it's power inserter to run everything, just make sure the Diseqc switching is setup as specified, one other way is to use 3 DP single LNB's and the DPP 44 switch,(powered on it's own coax) this would avoid any possible switching conflicts.
I use this type of setup as I'm in the funny signal area for 129,(the dish 1000.2 is too small at this location for 129) I use a 1 meter dish with a DP single LNB on it for 129 and the standard dish 1000 (with a twin LNB adapter on it) for 110 and 119, all run into a DPP44 switch and it's power supply, this works great.
