Default Strange issue for 8PSK vs QPSK on Jynxbox V30

Strange issue on V30 vs V26
My friend can get all tp on North HD on his Jynxbox V26 but unable to watch channels on tp15 and 16 on his new V30 because they are standard QSPK...Is it the latest software issue for the V30 ?
    Thank's for help!

Change the tp to 8psk in receiver setup.

wouldnt a blind scan uncover that? (speaking out of curious ignorance of this box)
or does not this box blind scan and determine what a tp is?

    my way to fix transponders
. go to Lyngsat and check working transponder for required satellite (ex. 110./119./ 129 )
change in Jynxbox set up for transponder
z 20000 for 21500 and for turbo manually
    scan
