OK2 glitchy after changing provider

Hi guys
I am new to these forums and new to IPTV but not new to the sat world. Got my feet wet back in the days with a DN 1000 receiver.
I bought a mag322 and service (OK2) in February and it worked flawlessly for me until I changed providers two days ago now my service is very glitchy.
My question is does it make a difference who I have my as my provider to access the server when it comes to stability?

I didnt at the time because it was working so great. Went threw settings looking for the speed tester found it but it gave error on test.
